If the product has not been shipped :

If the product has been shipped :
Courier the product back to us at our Official Address ( A-11-A Nirala Nagar, Ram Krishna Math Road, Lucknow- 226020 ). We will provide you Credits or a Voucher as soon as we receive the product/products back, the voucher will be sent via E-mail on your registered E-mail Address within 2 Working days (with 1 year validity) which will be worth the same value as of the returned products and you may at your own leisure use it on our site to buy products.( Customer has to bear the cost of return courier )
P.S. We will entertain the product only if it reaches us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
If the goods are damaged :

If we have a replacement available with us we will dispatch it as soon as we receive the damaged product back else we will provide you Credits or a Voucher as soon as we receive the product/products back, the voucher will be sent via E-mail on your registered E-mail Address within 2 Working days (with 1 year validity) which will be worth the same value as of the returned products and you may at your own leisure use it on our site to buy products.
